  1. Your tent looks excellent - I am noticing you have lighting? where is the electrical source? I also enjoy seeing your pastels with a matt and frame, how wide is your matt on the larger works, 4 inches? how many other pastel artists are participating? Sorry for all the questions, I am a new student of pastel! Good luck.

  2. Nice display, Casey! Your black frames make the rich colors you use look even better. I hope there are lots of sales!

  3. Robin - thanks for the questions. The biggest works have 4" mat, and the next bigger ones have 3.75" or thereabouts. My wife Lorie is the framer, a;though I participate, too.

The talented Sheila Evans is right across the aisle from me, but otherwise I haven't gotten round to the rest of the fair, yet.

The power is via generators that the museum is renting.

    Thanks you, too, Donna.

  5. looks great Casey. How about some pics when the crowds show up if you so inclined? The weather looks like it will cooperate.

Good luck -your work looks very impressive.
Looking at the photos-you went through a lot of work in setting up a gallery going experience .

  8. ahhh what a nice looking festival! Very inviting. I love how much care you take to make sure everyone had the ultimate art experience. My bet is there are some people who will never forget some of your paintings.

  9. Thanks, Paula and Celeste. I always think my booth is plain, but it did turn out very nice. The first weekend of sunny, warm weather was helpful in getting out the crowds.
