    I never understood how criminal collectors could hang anything stolen, but maybe the art is for their eyes only?

    I was in that San Francisco gallery just last year! It's filled with Chagall, Picasso, and some disturbing pieces by Odd Nerdrum.

    I'm glad they caught the guy so quickly. And recovered the Picasso! It's a crazy world.
