I love this. Those deep, bright blues against the pale earthy neutrals - a Casey signature!
I know I've said this before, but I really admire your ability to toss out local color in your work and go with these scintillating palette combinations.
I am always fascinated by the glowing violet of distant hills at certain times of day. You've captured that beautifully with this painting! It makes me want to look and look.
Beautiful! I need to ask (so I can learn) what color paper did you use? a putty color? purple and yellow together are one of my favorite combinations of all time.

I can read these definitions in every dictionary, but I still can't understand how to do this...
