This gouge is our road to the outside world. I believe in the outside world. Really, I do.
If you wish to make contact with this "Robinson Crusoe", a valuable way to do this for me is to click the Big Orange Box in the sidebar at the right side of your screen. It is my ArtSlant profile, and it sums as exposure for me (elsewhere) if you do. That's why I have been hammering it every day this week. Thanks. More Art Blogging coverage soon.

wow what a sight. It has been snowing all day here, but not looking like your place yet.
ReplyDeleteNearby Spokane made the AP news this morning - it is amazing.
ReplyDeleteI'm speechless! I knew you were snowed in but I never imagined this!
ReplyDeleteWow, I think YOU need the internet to socialize even more than I do! Beautiful pic though....
ReplyDeleteSnowed in...? Socialize...? Words have lost all meaning.
ReplyDeleteSo now I understand about roofs caving in...
ReplyDeleteI've never seen so much snow. Wow!!!
When it's unbearably hot here, I paint snow scenes. Maybe painting something tropical might have the same effect for you.
I've been reading about Degas a lot lately.
I'm getting ready to make some pastels.
Maybe a pastel challenge might warm things up....
Hang in there.....
Ah, Degas! The patron saint of pastelists. I believe the Degas Society is down by you - go I recall you're a founding member, Joan?
ReplyDeleteI very much look forward to seeing your new works!
Yes, I think that qualifies as snow. I've banged on your Orange Square five times, and will be abck later.
ReplyDeleteWow! Yes, the Outside World does exist! Do not lose hope!
ReplyDeleteJust recently discovered your blog. We had a dusting of snow this morning. It has been years (maybe 10) since we had any significant snow here in SW va. I do love to paint snow. ENJOY!
ReplyDeleteHarry, your wit is dry. Yes, bang on the orange box many times. Bang it like a hamster. I need some kibbles...
ReplyDelete*Thanks*
Yes, Jala. If you want snow, move here from Colorado.
Hi, Sue! Thanks for reading and commenting.
