Tech Issues

Head_Bang_PC.gif image by caseyklahn

I'm having tech issues here at the studio.

Let's hope they end sooner, rather than later.  I'll try to post as I find internet kibbles available.

The better news is, I do have a dozen or so new pictures to post and you'll get to see those when The Colorist gets back up.

  1. When I saw the head banging I just had to say hi and I feel your pain. We have dial up internet from the dark ages and the woes with original phone lines from the 30's. Hang in there! Can't wait to see your new pictures.

    Keep happy, don't worry,

  2. Hi, Candylei!

Thanks for looking in. I will survive, as always. Before we had our fantastic wireless and dish, we suffered the ancient phone lines and dial-up, too. Only, some of the extra connections were on single strand wire, I used to call "det cord."

    This, too, shall pass.

  3. These cartoons crack me up. The dog also wants to know where he can get him some Internet kibble in his dish.

  4. I just laughed when I saw the head banging image! Many can sympathize with you today...I have a 'puter problem today too. Nothing like wanting things to work when you'd rather be productive doing creative thought! Augh!

Hope you'll have smooth sailing again soon. I am using maritime metaphor...because the kibble thang confuses me whereas the ocean makes sense. lol

  7. I don't know if the FAP (Fair Access Policy) has any meaning/manor in the city, where the real high speed net traffic exists. Out here in the hinterland, we get just so much allowable download chunks per 24/48 hour period, and when we near and reach our download allowance, that's all she wrote.

I call it internet "kibbles." But, this isn't actually a FAP issue, but some apparent problem with my satellite dish needing a service check. Dude should be here in @ a week, if he can find us.

    Cue the Dueling Banjos theme...

  10. I have to say, sorry you're experiencing "technical difficulties," but the little icons and such are very funny. :)
