New School Color - Casey Klahn
Wow, Casey... this is a stunner!
Thanks, Ruth!
If I were color blind, I'd never know joy. What a wonderful play of color Casey. Love it.
I'm really looking forward to your workshop in Marshfield, MA this weekend!
Me too, Kendra! Thanks especially, Brenda.
Love this...such colour!
THANKS, Carol!
Great as always! Is there a degree of difficulty working pastel on Claret paper?
Your underpainting really unifies the painting, Casey. Exciting color!
Casey, this one is awesome. What a joy to look at! A celebration.
Thanks, Paula!
Thank you, KVAN!!
James, I would say the paper has excellent tooth, and takes the pastel readily. The darker colors require more savvy with values. Many thanks.
Kendra: you did fine work in Marshfield Hills, and I was really happy to meet you.
