  1. It looks like a nice spot to stay during a blizzard. I can see myself hunkering down amongst some bales of hay with some hot cocoa.

  2. Johnnny, the bales of hay are right behind me in this view. Thermos coming up.

Thanks, Sam! Interiors may be the next move.

Reminds me of the barn on the small farm I owned back in

  7. Great colors in this fun sketch, Casey!

Barns are just so cool anyway, and I never get tired of seeing paintings of them.

  9. 10Q, Celeste! It appears rough, but then again, the interior of my barn is rough.

  10. I like how my imagination can play with this. Your title says what it is but the great play of light and dark areas provide many different possibilities. Brilliant!

  12. I totally understand this one is sold! I can almost smell the dusty, wooden barn and feel the light. What an amazing beam of yellow-golden light.

  13. Thank you, Paula.

Cheeky me, choosing bold yellow to represent the light. I hope Henri Matisse would smile at this, because it is so far from the ideal of painting. But, then again, the place is evoked strongly and right now!

    And, there is the fun.
