I just published a post on my painting of "Winter." Your's looks better than mine. You must live in a warmer part of the country? But barren is how the season is--and yours looks as barren as mine, but much less threatening.
hi casey: your pictures depict winter well. without winter there would be no spring. i love the cycle of the seasons. living in fargo, winter is (obviously) the most difficult. i did a post once about gypsy proverbs. one of my favorite maxims was about winter and summer.{my gypsy proverbs post}
Your work is so gorgeous! I love the soft, breathiness of the winter piece, and the dreamy moody blues of the first piece. Wow! I will be looking forward to seeing more!
