Another Dimension

Here is the theme music for this post ( Right Click to open a new tab).

Dark places absorb light. They absorb this dimension. Not just a visual experience, but one of the mind - a plastic space that you are falling into.

I like this Casey - the blue in the snow really sings. Your olive greens and earth tones here really appeal to me as well. The simple arrangement of diagonals with loose, wavy grasses works very nicely.

Casey - I love this painting very much! It talks of loneliness, solitude and melancholy.

I appreciate it, Brian, Jala and Petra. The funny thing is that the peek through of grasses has been reversed with fresh snow and a cold snap. The never ending winter that was.

There is a companion to this one, but the studio furnace needs fixing before the photo session will happen.

I love it too! Very beautiful in all its dynamic directiveness (and directness).

Tell me, what do you do to get the soundtrack on those external tabs playing? Do you upload the music onto a streaming service? I've been looking for something like this, but only every end up with youtube videos.

Thanks, Gesa.

I have been trying the uploadable MP3 players, which I don't like in general - they look big and garrish on my sidebar. I may yet do them, if I can get the hang of it.

I always click off the soundtracks at blogs, though. These have a purpose for my posts in the short term. I have a direction for these, although it may not seem evident at first. Then, I'll quit after this series.

The open-a-new-tab pages are from searches where the results become Quicktime player files. Usually wav. files. Although, I had to replace the Twilight Zone one because evidently the host of the first one didn't permit its use. Sorry to Frogstar for that - I looked for info but failed to find it. Anyway, the spooky music is back from another server.

This one's a grabber Case. The lines are surfer angles. Lotsa local motion.

Yeah. Surfin the wheat fields.

Thanks, Garth!
