I love this Casey! The colors are wonderful. Reminds me of the barn on the small farm I owned back in '04-'05. I love barns! I love your color choices.
Hi Casey, Thank you for visiting my blog and for becoming a follower! I've been looking at your blog for years, so inspired by your work. I thought I had followed it already, but I hadn't. You're one of my "top 20" that I have memorized and I just come here to see what you're doing. Your blog(s) are such an inspiration, I LOVE your work!!! Joan
I like how my imagination can play with this. Your title says what it is but the great play of light and dark areas provide many different possibilities. Brilliant!
I totally understand this one is sold! I can almost smell the dusty, wooden barn and feel the light. What an amazing beam of yellow-golden light. Paula
Cheeky me, choosing bold yellow to represent the light. I hope Henri Matisse would smile at this, because it is so far from the ideal of painting. But, then again, the place is evoked strongly and right now!

Amazing!
Thank you for reading, Bill! :)
Is this exciting? Yes it is!
It looks like a nice spot to stay during a blizzard. I can see myself hunkering down amongst some bales of hay with some hot cocoa.
Johnnny, the bales of hay are right behind me in this view. Thermos coming up.
Thanks, Sam! Interiors may be the next move.
I love this Casey!

Thanks, Sara! It is a simple piece, but about the color, huh?

Hi, Joan! I look forward to reading your blog! Thank you for reading here.
Great colors in this fun sketch, Casey!
Barns are just so cool anyway, and I never get tired of seeing paintings of them.
Thank you, Sonya.
Grays make pure colors zing! Of course it sold; it's lovely.
I am amazed - thanks Linda.
oh my....I like how you think!
10Q, Celeste! It appears rough, but then again, the interior of my barn is rough.
