Great post! I love the music (of course) and the pastel painting makes me itch to get back to pastels. Color weaves beautifully through this piece making it both simple and complex. Bravo.

We both like the music with the art post style, don't we, KVAN? I look back at the river series posts and get a little quickening at the thought of intertwined subjects like that.

Too bad I never had a musical talent, like yourself.

Thanks @ the river pastel. Funny how they start and stop themselves without a thought to the resolve. Another artists was saying that in different words this week, and it is a resonating thought.

Thanks so much, Brenda! The extra length is like the river, huh?
