Someone described these new still life paintings as "anti florals." I dig that.

The title got me, but I hate to disappoint you, they are beautiful flowers. You have captured their essence.

Thanks, Margaret! Maybe the phrase means "against floral painting styles." However, I am doing a study of the Modernists' florals and am trying my hardest to absorb them.
