Ooooooooooo! Gorgeous. I love the cool palette and ghostly rendering of these massive boulders. They look like glacial erratics. This would be a great series.

Nice! Is this one painted over the corpse of a dead painting?

The pinks really sing in this one. Good work!

Yes, it is, Kvan. The pink sky is because of this, and set the whole color story up by accident.

Nice work Casey, I like the forms and abstract feel in this. I also like the range and hue of gray values binding those exquisite colors across the composition. Nice!

Thank you, Stan. I relied on the local color a lot here, but it fits my color story well, too. I'll be developing more rock pictures soon.

Love the neutrals juxtaposed to the hot pinks and lavenders. Can't wait to see more!

More on the way. Thanks, Loriann.
Actually, I am trying a sidetrack of making some small works. We'll see how everything goes.

This looks solid and immovable just as a boulder should. And from someone who lives in a place called 'The Rock' I have experience with boulders. :)

I loves me some granite. Thanx, Jeanette. From a former rock climber - someday I'll tackle the big mountains (in my paintings).
