Unfortunately, many painters whom I follow regularly do not show progress over time. You, however, seem to improve exponentially at times, and your work is a joy. I, too, see the colors you do--perhaps because I also live in the Pacific Northwest, where colors are so vivid and muted at the same time. I just can't paint them the way you do! Thank you,

… and these are the colors of the real world: the space where artists live and make us dream to live in too.
More magic, Casey!
And to think some people can't see colors at all. Nice to know that some of those who can know what to do with them so well.

Hello Casey,
Unfortunately, many painters whom I follow regularly do not show progress over time. You, however, seem to improve exponentially at times, and your work is a joy. I, too, see the colors you do--perhaps because I also live in the Pacific Northwest, where colors are so vivid and muted at the same time. I just can't paint them the way you do! Thank you,

Celeste. Very kind of you.
Hi, Ann. Very happy that you left a comment here, and a very kind one at that!
What I really like about this are the very stark colours counterpointed with the muted ones. So perfectly done!
Thank you, Karin!
